The device freezes during startup

Restart the device.


Please turn off the power, then wait for about a minute before turning it back on. If the device starts up normally: Use the device as it is.


If the device remains stuck after restarting: Check the touchscreen display after the device freezes, and contact your DISCO customer engineer. If a Windows dialog box appears on the frozen screen, please also notify us with detailed information.
