Today marks the second month and three days since I joined Nanjing Kousei. This month marks two years since my graduate graduation, and this year is my 29th birthday. Engaging in a new job in a new company and industry is a different life journey for me now, bringing me different feelings and understandings.
Since graduation, due to my mother's health issues, I have been working for just over a year. "How to grow rapidly in a limited time" is an important process and behavior that I have been exploring and implementing at this stage. Every industry follows the 80-20 rule. As General Manager Li said, certain thresholds and relatively fewer competitors always leave us some opportunities in our industry.
