Recently, the Jingmei Semiconductor High-end Photomask Project, with a total planned investment of 12 billion yuan, has officially settled in Hefei High-tech Zone. The project is primarily engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of semiconductor photomasks at 28nm and above. The first phase of the project involves an investment of 6.5 billion yuan, and once it reaches full capacity, the monthly production capacity will be approximately 3,200 pieces.
② With a total investment of 1 billion yuan, the chip packaging project has settled in Taizhou
Recently, the Jiangyan High-tech Zone in Taizhou held a project signing ceremony, where the Chengdu Xinmengwei Semiconductor Chip Packaging Project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and the Semiconductor Vacuum Pump and Accessories Project with a total investment of 500 million yuan were successfully signed on the spot, injecting strong impetus into the development of the local semiconductor industry.
